3) We only bring products to market that simply taste great. As a diagnosed Celiac, Trish saw the need for nutritious AND great tasting gluten-free products. We are redefining gluten-free! Why eat over processed rice flour, tapioca and potato starch(or flour) that have little nutritional value?
4) New Beat consults with Kelly Leonard, a registered dietitian and owner of Peak Nutrition Works about the foods that we make for you! In her practice, she provides nutrition and lifestyle guidance that enable her clients to achieve optimal health, and she is doing the same for us. Kelly is a great resource for New Beat Foods and we are excited to work with Kelly to bring you the best baked treats.
5) Education! We work with our restaurant and catering partners on how to provide a safe dining experience for people with Celiac, allergies and general food safety handling procedures. This is a free service ~ included when you purchase our products.
